Reflexology, particularly foot reflexology is a form of therapy that involves applying gentle pressure to specific parts of the feet to help you feel better. The application of these techniques is that it eases stress, can assist in helping your body work better, and can alleviate stress, leaving you feeling relaxed.
A session will last 60 minutes, in that time, I will use a range of oils and/or balms to massage your feet, and apply pressure to tender areas. Reflexology is more than just a foot massage – it is the application of an ancient holistic therapy.
