What is reflexology?
Reflexology is a holistic complementary therapy involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet.
Using the finger, thumb and hand massage techniques which manipulate the reflex areas that correspond to parts of the body. By using these reflexes, the blood and nerve supply is directed to where the body needs it most.
Reflexology is not the same as a foot massage. Nor is it a substitute for conventional medical treatment.
How does it work?
Reflexology will assist you in bring balance to your body. There are numerous nerve endings throughout your feet, which relate to and send messages to specific parts of the body. This can release blockages in the nerve and blood supply, and increase your circulation to boost healing throughout the body.

Yes, it can!

How often should I have Reflexology session?
It really depends on you.
Some clients who are focused on a specific health issue, I recommend you have a weekly session where appropriate for a month or two, and then monthly as a maintenance programme.
What is involved in a reflexology treatment?
At your first appointment I will ask you some health questions to better understand what you might be looking.
From there, the reflexology session will be tailored to your session and your exact needs.
How will I feel after my treatment?
Some clients describe it as walking on air, others recall feeling relaxed beyond words.
It varies between people, however, after sustained treatment, clients say they feel more balanced within themselves.
